Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm order details, delivery timing, customization requirements, and payment status.

Product Images

Product images shown on our website are for reference. Balloon colors, sizes, arrangement, and final appearance may vary slightly depending on availability, lighting, stock, and setup requirements.

Customization

For customized balloons, customers are responsible for providing the correct name, message, age, spelling, colors, and any other personalization details. Once the order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Dubai. Delivery timing depends on the selected delivery slot, availability, location, traffic, weather, and operational capacity. While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to factors outside our control.

Same-Day Orders

Same-day orders are subject to availability. We may accept or reject same-day orders depending on stock, production capacity, and delivery schedule.

Payments

Orders must be paid through the available payment methods on our website or as agreed through our official communication channels. 

Cancellations and Changes

Order cancellations or changes must be requested as early as possible. Once balloons are prepared, customized, or dispatched, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of balloons and customized products, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as agreed. Any issue must be reported immediately upon delivery with clear photos.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that delivery details, contact number, location, and recipient availability are correct. Failed delivery due to incorrect information or no response may result in additional delivery charges.

Limitation of Liability

You Got Balloons is not responsible for delays, damages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, restricted access, weather, traffic, third-party building rules, or events beyond our control.
