At You Got Balloons, every order is prepared with care and customized based on your selected design, delivery date, and delivery time.
Due to the personalized and perishable nature of balloon arrangements, orders cannot be refunded once they have been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at least 1 day prior to your order delivery date. In that case 100% refund shall be done.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at the same time of delivery with clear photos, and we will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where applicable.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be provided at the sole discretion of You Got Balloons.
